Breakdown Monsters are a type of monsters that can be Normal or Special Summoned. They are co-created by Carnage Infinity and The Nepfessor.
Characteristics[]
Breakdown monsters have a "Breakdown Level" stated in their text, which indicates the Level of the Breakdown monster of the same Type and Attribute as them that can be Breakdown Summoned from the hand or Deck once they are destroyed by battle or card effect. Some monsters don't have "Breakdown Level" stated in their text, indicating that's their final form. The "Breakdown Level" is a number that is lower than that of its original Level.

- Brittle Layer Breakdown Dragon ("Breakdown Level 6")
- If "Brittle Layer Breakdown Dragon" is destroyed by battle or card effect, you can Special Summon 1 Level 6 DARK Dragon Breakdown monster from your hand or Deck.
- Durable Layer Breakdown Dragon ("Breakdown Level 4")
- Likewise, if "Durable Layer Breakdown Dragon" is destroyed by battle or card effect, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 DARK Dragon Breakdown monster from your hand or Deck.
- Unbreakable Layer Breakdown Dragon (no printed Breakdown Level)
- Since "Unbreakable Layer Breakdown Dragon" has no Breakdown Level indication, should it be destroyed, you are not Breakdown Summoning, thus the "chain" ends.
