This card's effect is a battle damage-oriented version of "Double Payback", but it's the opposite of that card story-wise. While that card shows the Tyrant taking revenge against the "Huge Revolution", which he accomplishes in "The Huge Revolution is Over", this one shows his fall against everyone he once oppressed.
- Fitting this card's name, this makes him feel even more pain than before, when he was suffering due to his soldiers' lie.

This card follows the events of "Turnabout" and "Retort". After the emperor was captured due to general unrest caused by the repression, he managed to grab a sword and tried to get some of his former personal guards to his side to help him regain power ("Tyrant's Last Stand"), but his calls were ignored and the guards disarmed him and threw him on the ground, as shown in this card's artwork.
