- This monster is a Timeshifted version of "Red-Eyes B. Dragon" that has traveled back in time to prehistory, when Dinosaurs ruled the earth. There, it has become an apex predator, and mutated into a more monstrous form.
- This might explain why Rex Raptor, a duelist known for using Dinosaur-Type monsters, had this monster in his possession.
