Guoxing Chen (獏良 百合, Guoxing Chen) was a Divinese EX-Ranked Duelist born in Roran, a country his father had founded at around 17th century. He was the Crown Prince and later succeeded his father, becoming the Second King of Dynasty Chen.
Xing has long smooth blonde hair, tied up as a ponytail on his back and a very unique trait; a pair of heterochromia eyes; his left eye was light blue, while the right was golden. His favorite outfit consisted a blue jacket with two long sleeves and blue pants. All of his clothing shared the very same color, blue, his favorite color which indicates peace. Xing was very handsome and charismatic young teen, regarded as the best looking Prince or King who had ever lived.
