The Comborgs are a series of Machine-Type Xyz Monsters inspired/based on the fighting robots from the movie Real Steel and the SyFy tv series Robot Combat League. All Rank 6 and Lower Comborgs have the following effects "This card must attack, if able, while it is in Attack Position. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can detach 1 Xyz Material from this card instead. While this card has no Xyz Materials it cannot attack and its Rank is treated as its Level," and all have high ATK and DEF for their Ranks.
