Divine-Beast is one of the 25 Types a monster can have in the Yu-Gi-Oh! Trading Card Game.

Divine-Beast monsters are generally intended to be very powerful and difficult to destroy, although this isn't always true for balancing reasons. Most of them require three Tributes to be Normal Summoned, and are sent to the Graveyard at the end of the turn if they were Special Summoned. Often they possess effects that prevent their Normal Summon to be negated, as well as preventing cards and effects from being activated in response to their Summon.

The Egyptian God cards belong to this Type, as do the Wicked Gods in the manga and the "Aesir" in the anime. All Divine-Beast monsters have DIVINE as their Attribute. 5 playable Divine-Beast-Type monsters have been released in real life so far:

There are also non-playable versions of the 3 Egyptian Gods. They were released before the above ones, which used to mean that Divine-Beast was actually not a legal Type.
