Neon Positive Monsters

Neon Positve Monsters are new monsters introduced in Yu-Gi-Oh! ZERO. They're harder to summon compared to their downgraded forms. The summon of these cards vary. There are currently 2 ways to summon them: 1, use a Positive Tuner and a Non-Tuner Positive monster or 2, use a Negative Monster and a Positive Monster. It is unknown how to summon them right now.
