Quasar Monsters are a new kind of Monster Cards introduced by Dark Star X that are Quasar Summoned. Quasar Monsters have a Black Border (with no shooting stars, like Exceed Monsters), and have Ranks instead of Levels. (Until Rank Orbs are on YCM, the Ranks will be substituted with Negative Levels. EX- A Level -8 Quasar Monster is really a Rank 8 Quasar Monster.) There is only 1 Quasar Monster currently, and it is Black Hole Dragon.
