 
Quasar Summoning is used to Quasar Summon a Quasar Monster. To Quasar Summon, you must have 2 (or more) face up monsters you control that can be used for the Quasar Monster. You send the appropriate monsters to the Banishment Zone, and multiply their Levels to get the Rank of the Quasar Monster you wish to Summon. Unlike all other Summons, no cards can be activated when a Quasar Monster is Quasar Summoned. Currently, the only Quasar Monster is Black Hole Dragon.
