Wild Card Monsters are monsters that exist in the Extra Deck. They require 3 monsters of a specific type, attribute or archetype to be summoned. Like Pendulum Monsters, if they would be destroyed and sent to the graveyard, the are returned to the Extra Deck instead.

Most Wild Card Monsters resemble modified version of other monsters. For example Blue-Eyes Supreme Dragon resembles a higher version of Blue-Eyes White Dragon.
